Not up to the standards of the classic animated version but still a fun watch. The CGI is superb, the jungle and animals feel very realistic. Idris Elba was fantastic as Shere Khan and the tiger was certainly the best part of the film.

Nonsense film with nonsense dizzying action scenes and a nonsense threadbare "plot" that was boring on top of it all. Constant action has no interest for me if there is zero reason to care about the violence on the screen. It takes a first person shooter gimmick and turns it into a 90 minute movie with a plot so non existant I would rather watch someone play a video game as most modern games have more plot than this string of noises gives me. A few impressive scenes does not make this worth watching, complete garbage film and a waste of time. This doesn't even take into a account the cringy villian and his Force powers.

Rather dull, nothing interesting not the "romance", not the zombies, not the story that tries to link the two poorly. I had no investment in any of it as neither the characters or plot interested me. Gimmick that went nowhere.

Its a mess really, multiple storylines that don't ever tie together. It started off so well too. The actual Batman and Superman throwdown was fantastic of course and they get great individual scenes as well but... put this, Lex Luthor, questions of Supermans existence and hamfisted Justice League teases... not well done at all.
